In the beginning… a group of friends stayed outside Lucca in 2006 for a holiday of good food, good wine and an authentic Tuscan culinary experience. The villa, the village and the region exceeded our expectations. We realised that it was too good to keep to ourselves and so began planning Culinary Interludes where we would provide Tuscan cooking classes within the context of an unforgettable vacation.
